Another great day's riding takes us along the colourful Lahn Valley. Just past the town of Bad Ems we make our way through the Nassau Nature Reserve and on to the Rhein-Taunus National Park. Excellent roads, typical for this area and a joy to ride, skirt around hills and mountains as we make our way to Wiesbaden.
Wiesbaden is an old spa city that's repeatedly described as having an incomparable charm, it's also considered to be the home of 'Sekt' (German sparkling wine). Just outside the city centre is the final resting place of World War One fighter ace Manfred von Richthofen, better known as the Red Baron.
Before jumping back on the bikes to experience more of the thrilling roads around the Rhein-Taunus National Park, you may want to take advantage of the famous thermal baths and saunas or indulge yourself in a massage to ease away any aches and pains.
