We accept bookings made online or by post.  To make a booking by either of these methods, please follow the simple step-by-step  procedure shown under the relevant heading below.  We regret we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments.  If you experience any problems making a booking , or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Making a Booking

1.  Contact us to check availability for your chosen tour dates.

2.  Please read our printable Terms & Conditions by clicking here.

3.  Click here for our Online Booking Form.  Complete the form then submit it (no payments made at this stage).

4.  Please make your payment within 5 working days of submitting your Online Booking Form by any of the methods stated above.  Our bank account details are shown below.  The deposit payment for all of our tours is £ 70.00 per person.  Full payment will be required if booking less than 4 weeks before departure.

What Happens Next ?

When we receive your Online Booking Form and deposit payment, we'll reserve your place and send
you an Initial Receipt and Confirmation via e-mail.  This will include your hotel's name and address, with GPS co-ordinates, plus a street map showing it's exact location.  Your ferry details and reference number (tickets are no longer issued) will be sent with your Final Receipt and Confirmation when we receive the remaining balance (4 weeks before your departure).

Making a Booking

1.  Contact us to check availability for your chosen tour dates.

2.  Please click here for our Postal Booking Form and Terms & Conditions.

3.  Print and complete the Postal Booking Form with the appropriate information.

4.  Please send your Postal Booking Form and payment to our operating address in Germany (shown below).  The deposit payment for all of our tours is £ 70.00 per person. Cheques and Drafts should be made payable to Middle Rhine Tours Ltd.  Full payment will be required if booking less than 4 weeks before departure.

Please write the address clearly and exactly as shown, also write 'By Airmail' in the top left hand corner of your envelope.  Affix the correct amount of stamps, then post in any Royal Mail post-box (there's no need to go to the Post Office).

Airmail postage costs from the UK to Germany are as follows:

Standard Envelope (220 mm x 110 mm) + Payment + up to  2  Booking Forms = £ 0.68
Standard Envelope (220 mm x 110 mm) + Payment + up to  6  Booking Forms = £ 1.00
Standard Envelope (220 mm x 110 mm) + Payment + up to 10 Booking Forms = £ 1.30

Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
